Default cyl #6 misfire

What's up everyone I'm new here and also new to the GM world. I bought a 02 blazer with a bad fuel pump and didn't run. Replaced the fuel pump and got it running and now I have a misfire on cyl #6. Changed out the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. During replacing the spark plugs I found fuel on the cyl #6 plug so I replaced the spider injector with the updated version. I am still having some sore of fluid getting on the cyl #6 plug. I'm not sure if it's coolant or what but it's not fuel anymore. The guy I bought it from said the head gaskets were replaced but I don't think they were but the intake gaskets were done for sure as I can see the new gaskets. Here is a list of everything I've tested so far:
-compression test read 152-155psi on cyl #6 (didn't bother with the rest since this is the only cyl I have a problem with)
-running compression test read 65psi on cyl #6. compared with cyl #4 and #4 read 70psi
-fuel pressure with key on jumps to 60 then goes down to 55 and holds.Running it's about 152-155psi
-pulled upper intake and ran fuel pump to check for leaks and no leaks found
-verified spark at cyl #6
-checked injector signal to all injectors with noid light and light flashes on all injectors
-checked timing marks and timing is good
Could it possibly be intake gaskets or even a head gasket? Coolant and oil are not mixing. Any help is appreciated!!!!

You might need to scope the bad cylinder and look for a micro crack in it or the head....still could be a bad gasket though

That's my plan later on if it stops raining along with doing a coolant pressure test
