Default Cylinder 3 Missfire 00 Bravada

This all happened a day or two after cleaning my throttle body and EGR valve. I don't know if I messed something up or just coincidence. Checked all connections and vacuum lines. Sprayed some brake cleaner around the hoses to make sure no leaks.

2000 Bravada 140k miles (which I've owned for about a month now) and my engine light is currently on. After few seconds of acceleration the CEL blinks. Took it to Autozone got a code saying "cylinder 3 missfire" and I believe a "high idle"?.

When I first start the vehicle while it is cold it and put it into drive it just idles no matter how much gas I give it. About 5-10 secs after it revs up and moves.

I've replaced plugs(with ACD's) and duralast wires
inspected rotor/cap
Tested fuel pressure at idle about 52-53lbs and under load up to 58-60 and off down to 50-52lbs. Which would rule out a leak at the regulator correct?

Any guesses to what is next... I'm trying to avoid taking it in to the shop but just throwing parts at it is starting to add up.

for plugs cap rotor and wires i suggest usein ac delco these trucks are very picky for ignition products. for high idle you did clean the iac valve right ? (air idle control valve )

No I did not... where is AICV located? I would imagine near the throttle body..

Would driving with the missfire cause damage? It is currently my only vehicle.

I forgot to mention that the vehicle is NOT stalling. It has a miss at idle and a miss with gas.

Alright cleaned the IAC, MAP, and MAF today and still have the same issue. While taking off the throttle body again I looked inside the intake and saw that the right side had a clean area. The rest of it was entirely black. Would this implicate a leaking injector for cylinder three?
