I started my Blazer the other day to move it out of my Garage to put my car back in and it ran like crap and no power. I move it out and then the check engine light came on. I drive it maybe 50 miles a month now so I was like WTF. Check the code and it was Cylinder 6 missfire, I cleared the code now it runs fine. Im just curious if it comes back what I should do to fix it. Im guessing probably just replace the plugs and wires. It has 74k miles and has never had them replaced as far as I know.
What would everyone else suggest?

You don't need new wires. Just replace the plugs and see what that does for you.
