Well i havent been on for a while since my 96 blazerdied for good but i got a 97 jimmy slt gold edition now and have figured the most likely thing that is wrong with it is its got a burnt valve since i did the manifold gasket on my old blazer twice and got it down to 4 hours of work i decided to get a new set of heads and do it myself i just wanted to know what years can i interchange and are there seperate sets of heads for the 97 year since i found lots of nice deals on the internet but i,ll be kickin myself if i do it and have the wrong head

 

Well I don't know for sure, but when I go to GMPartsDirect.com to shop for cylinder head, the match it comes up with says it fits 96-05 4.3L
