Default Defrost Vacuum Actuator Part #

Does anyone know the actual name and GM part # of this part. It opens and closes the defroster blend door. It has red and blue vacuum lines going to it. I havea 1998 4x4 Blazer.

Thanks much!

It is called the defrost actuator. In a quick search of a number of sources, I could not locate a PN for this actuator.

Yeah I had a hard time finding it also. I searched GM Direct and couldn't find it there either. I could call up a dealer parts center and find out also. Hopefully they know what I mean when I say Defrost Actuator!

Thanks
