how do i change the spark plug wires on a 95

One at a time to prevent mixing up the wires.

No problem, the hardest part will be getting the original boots off the plugs.

No,perhaps the 2nd hardest, the hardest part will be changing spark plug#3 !

I highly recommend using a good quality spark plug boot puller.
