Default Dies after sitting at traffic light after getting off expressway

2000 model with the 4.3
All stock

Has happened the last three times getting off the expressway. Engine is warmed up going thru town before getting on expressway. Exit is about 10 miles away. The traffic light is a little longer than normal, but about the time it turns red the engine just dies. Last time I did hear the fuel pump singing away, and will restart on first or second try. No issues after restarting, by then the light is now green. The rest of the trip is with out any issues. Temp is normal on expressway and on ramp. drove back home and after getting thru town I let idle in driveway and would not die....

Wifes drives it but last two times it happened to me. Seems heat related with lower airflow across engine...... Any ideas, anyone?

check obvious vacuum lines and do a fuel pressure test. I have been told that 300 times here in this post. research it. buy the gauge and open a dialogue.

or

fuel filter, is cheapest. try that.

Seems to me it would not be fuel related. As acceleration is fine.
When I dies it cuts off clean. I was thinking coil or hall effect sensor in distributor.... Anyway there are not trouble codes in the OBI.

Thanks for the reply!
