distrubutor question

Default distrubutor question

i gotta replace the distributor on my blazer tonight because somehow it split, dont ask... i dont have a freakin clue. anyway. do i need a speciality distributor wrench? if so i have 2, hopefully one works and second is it 1/2 or 9/16?

I believe you'll find that it requires a 10mm socket or wrench. I was able to loosen the one on the SCFI engine using a 1/4" ratchet and shallow socket.

thanks it ended up being a 9/16ths wrench that did the trick. also found out i got several vacuum leaks lol. plugged one temporarily with duct tape and it now runs great haha.
