Here we have consumer rights & if in 30 days you're not satisfied with your purchase (including vehicles) you have the legal right to a FULL refund. My wife exercised that on a car she bought (vehicle description was miss represented)

Sounds like timing is off also if it doesn't want to turn off! Dealer mechanics get paid by the hour and don't care. Take it to a small individually owned shop that's not afraid to get their hands dirty because they've got a family to feed!
