I posted this in the engine and transmission section but probably should have posted it here to get more help. Basically she had a couple of instances where the truck hung up in a lower gear when she was trying to accelerate, so she basically wasn't getting any acceleration and the engine was "roaring". Thanks!

 

I would try a new declo/delphi tps as well as clean the iac valve while you are in there. It could be the issue but it may also be a transmission or torque converter issue, but its a cheap first step.
