Default Dome Light

I don't know if this will help anyone, but just thought I would post it. I have a 95 S10 Blazer and my dome light started staying on and I couldn't figure out why. I checked all the switches and the dome light switch on the dash and found nothing. Well, I noticed the front doors were controlled by the switches sticking out at each end of the dash. Then one day while I had the passenger side door open, I noticed a plug missing on the door panel. It just so happens that this plug lines up with the door dome light switch. The switch plunger lines up perfectly with the hole for the plug. Thus, the switch was not compressing with the door closed. I went to the local NAPA store and got a package of plugs, and the problem was solved.
