Default door hinges; roller and pin

I need to replace the door hinges on the front doors of my vehicle. I also need to replace the roller where the door hold open arm rolls against. I did some research on the internet, and I can not find the roller anywhere, but i did find the hinges. And if im correct about there being a pin that holds the roller from falling, I found that also, but the dealerships only sell them? I seen online that if the pin is heated with a torch it can be removed, is that the correct way to replace the roller? Anyway I need help on finding out the parts exact name(the roller and pin) and where I can find it. Thanks.

I'm thinking the roller will be a dealer only item, unless you go to the junkyard and pull one.

As for how to get the pins and bushing out, there are plenty of threads covering that procedure on here. If you end up having a problem, by all means, ask how to solve it.

Is the roller itself actually bad or is the pin that it rides on bad. If it is the pin, it sounds like you will need to replace the entire hinge which will require drilling/cutting/welding.

Its the actual roller. I have never greased them before and they started to flatten on one side due to the friction on the arm against it. I just found the whole pin online, but not just the roller. Is it possible to just buy the roller?

I do not know if the roller itself is available separately, but the dealer parts counter is where I would start.
