I just bought a 2000 S10 Blazer LS it did not come with keyless entry pads , did this year blazer come with remotes?

You have to check the RPO codes. Type your VIN into COMPNINE.com's vin decoder.

If it comes up saying that you have RKE (remote keyless entry), then pull down the hush panel under the dash and get the FCC ID off the RKE module. It'll be located right behind the DLC (diagnostic link connector) actually attached to the hush panel.
