I found where the relay is located by following the "clicking" but I can't figure out how to get the relay box down or apart. It's loose but won't come down. I see there is a bolt that goes up thru the bottom where the wires go in. Think this would do it?

By the way the relay box on this 98 is above and to the left of the steering column, inbetween the column and the interior fuse panel.

 

I've got the same problem, there is a nut on the top that I can spin off but I can't get the top all the way off. Conversely, the screw on the bottom doesn't seem to allow the whole block to come out. Anyone have any insight on the lock relay replacement?
