Okay. It's for a 1996 Chevy blazer 4 door 4WD.

My door locks, trunk release, power mirrors, and horn didn't work when I got my truck.

When I press the lock button I hear a *click* under the glove box... I trace the clicking to a power lock relay.
I thought I found the problem "Yaaay!"

I change the $30 relay.
The new one makes a buzzing noise when I hit the switch, I think it's pretty odd so I leave it in, figure I'll start my truck then try it.
No dice.
20 seconds later it starts buzzing by itself and won't stop...... I quickly remove it. I still don't know what the problem is. When I reconnect the old relay, all my locks unlock. None of the buttons work.

Fuses on the side of the dash are all good.

Does anyone have an ideas?
