The drivers side door will not lock electronically. From the key FOB or from the inside lock buttons. It has to be locked by manually sliding the lever or by using the key. But it will unlock electronically. I was wondering what could be wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated...

 

if it makes noise inside the door when you push either button, probably a broken retainer on the linkage. if there's no noise, probably a bad door lock servo.
