Drivers side window replacement

Drivers side window replacement
I am trying to replace my drivers side window. I have got the window in the tracks but I am having a hard time getting the regulator wheels in the track on the window. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to getting the window in. Thanks in advanced for all your help.
