Default Running Hot

I have a 02 Blazer 4.3L. It is constantly running hot. no symptoms. There are no leaks anywhere. I changed the thermostat and it is still running hot. I have to add coolant twice a week. Any suggestions.

Coolant is going somewhere. It could be evaporating before it hits the ground or leaking into the engine.

Have you replaced your radiator cap?
