Default DRL Module

Does anyone know the location of the DRL module on an 04 Blazer? Still trying to hook up driving lights to come on with high beams only. Thinking I can tap into high beam indicator lead coming from DRL module. Thanks for any info.

You cant tap the switch power into the high beam wire itself? Then you only have power to the switch through the relay when the highs are on?

Tried that. Driving lights would come on with daytime running lights.

Also, are the DRL supposed to be on during all daytime driving? I had to have my cousin follow me today, in my Jimmy, and I noticed that they didn't come on, until he'd driven for about a 1/2 mile. They're not supposed to do that, right? If so, how would I fix it?

No, that doesn't sound right. They should come on when you put it in drive and release the parking brake. Wouldn't have a clue how to fix that. It was so much simpler when you pulled a **** on the dash to turn your lights on and had a dimmer switch on the floor. Guess I'm showing my age.

So I take it the method I had suggested in the other thread won't work? I can see if it won't though.
