Anyone seen this before? My DRLs are normally on, as they should be. When I engage theturn signals, the DRls turn off, and come back on again once thesignal disengages.

What would be a good place to start looking?

I believe that's by design. My 2000 Jimmy has always done that. I bought mine new, BTW.
