I think the p0128 has something to do with the cooling system the random missfire could be alot of things like fuelpressure reg, dist cap, wires, plugs etc well Ihope this points you in the right direction good luck.

Allright, let me get this stright! YOU HAVE A POWER PROGRAMER AND YOUR GETTING ALL THESE CODES!!!!! Why dont you take the programer off, drive the truck around and see if your code's still exisit. PLUS it is a proven fact that if you mess with something it's gonna break eventually, and this include's ECU'S, PCM'S, and TCM'S......Take a second and think about it you altered a COMPUTER and now you have issue's Hummmm wonder what the problem is?

If there is one thing I can impress upon everyone that is experiencing any DTC it would be this... Diagnose the problem. Do not just throw parts at it.
P0101 - Mass Air Flow System Performance
P0128 - Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature)
P030x - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
I do not have the time to pull the P0128 code sheets together, but you should check the engine temperature. This is likely an issue with the thermostat.

i had these codes come up before i put the programmer on the truck so i dont think thats the cause however i did put an aftermarket air intake and thermostat on my truck is possible they may be to blame for the codes?
