Angry E 10 Gasoline, what are you doing to protect your engine and fuel system

Hello everyone! I have noticed that my normal gas stop has changed 100% over to all E 10 or 10% ethanol added gasoline. I have read that is really bad for engines. I am also noticing that Reg gas is becoming more and more difficult to find. Do any of you have any suggestions on an additive to use that would protect against the wear of ethanol in these engines as
well as our mowers boats etc...I saw where at the end of this year all gas stations are being made to switch over... any advice would be great thanks

I think all but 94 octane around here has ethanol, has had for years. I've been running it in my vehicles for years with no issues.

Good article, but it's not news anymore, (4+ year old article), and the scam continues to this day. Ethanol is basically good for draining your wallet at the pump AND in the shop, avoid it whenever possible.

Yes to that, but non-ethanol is a full $ more expensive than regular and even 93 octane is .30 cheaper. Non-ethanol is easy to find, but I don't use it! I use MMO every tank and have never had a problem in any of my vehicles, even my older ones, but I have heard the stories!

Yes all the pumps around here say "May contain up to 10% Ethanol"
and have for many years. I mainly fill up at Chevron and have noticed less gas mileage when I fill up at Costco. I am thinking Costco has 10% ethanol in their gas. Never had an issues with using 10% ethanol other than less MPG.

Ethanol was meant to drink not put in gas!
We have had to put up with it by law in NY for years. Straight gas for farm use only.
After SANDY one of the main reasons we couldn't get gas on LI was not power out at stations but the plant were, buy law, they had to add the ethanol to the delivery trucks was down.
The stuff wrecks havoc with fiber glass boat fuel tanks also.

I think at the docks around here you get marked premium which I don't think has ethanol in it. It's about the same price a regular because the don't charge highway tax on it, but it has a die in it.
