EGR valve location on '95??
It's in the front of the intake manifold, below the throttlebody. It's round, looks kinda like a small soda can, and has an almost triangular-shaped base, that's held on with 2-8mm screws with 10mm hex-heads. Before you take it off, the aftermarket makes a gasket with a screen inbedded in it to prevent carbon deposits from getting into the pintle again.
The only advise I can give is the proper tools, I know most people don't have it, but a 1/4" drive 10mm swivel socket and a 10" extension works great for this application. Sorry, but that's what I would use.
UPDATE!
Completed the R/R on the EGR.
Lastcoupe......thanks for the advice on the tools....I went to SEARS and bought them.....and they were PERFECT for the task. My regular tools would have been tough to work with in the tight space....if not impossible. Thanks again! [sm=hail.gif]
What I found was a BB sized hunk of carbon holding what I assume is the "pintle" on the EGR open.[sm=boosign.gif]
Popped it out.....sprayed carb cleaner everywhere I could...cleaned that up....cleaned the old gasket off and reinstalled the EGR with a new "upgrade" gasket with screen.
Problem Solved!
Thanks Lastcoupe, Hillbillyinohio, and Kyle.[sm=icon_cheers.gif]
