Default Electrical Issues with Turn Signals

I've got some really weird electrical issues going on in my 1997 Blazer. Over the last week I've run into a couple occasions where I have zero turn signals when the switch is activated. Generally in the same trip though after I drive a bit they begin to work as normal. Once they begin to work I haven't really run into a time where they stop until I park and the vehicle sits some amount of time.

I also have a few other possibly related electrical issues. Mainly my fuel guage (Which has always been a little weird, I'm 85% sure its the sending unit). The guage moves in turn with my signals, when my brake lights are applied, and when I adjust my drivers power seat.

Now I did notice the other day when my turn signals were not functioning that once I adjusted my power seat they appeared to start working right after. When the signals are not working I do not hear the click of the flasher and my hazards also do not function (I read that sometimes the hazard switch can mess things up). When they begin to start working sometimes it seems intermittent; like a ground is getting bumped or something.

Still trying to work on this, they seem to have gone out completely now unfortunately. I don't believe its the flasher relay or multifunction switch. The switch is a couple years old only (Everything else works perfectly on it as well) and as for the relays I find it odd they would both go out. The fuse is also good, so what does that leave me with? Basically just start following the wiring and look for something that would disable both the hazard and turn signals?
