Default Electrical problem

Hey
I have a problem with my blazer and i dont know where to start looking for solution.
Although the power seats work fine, when i turn the switch the seats dont produce any heat. Same thing with rearview mirrors, only the heat doesnt work.
I checked the fuse box and it seems that all fuses are ok.
Are heated seats somehow connected to heated rearview mirrors or is it just a coincidence that they stopped working at the same time?

Also the third break light doesnt work but i have noticed some moisture in it so that might be the reason.

Excuse my english, i just couldnt think of a more grammatically correct way to explain the problem.

What year is your blazer? I cant seem to find a wiring diagram for heated seats and mirrors on a 95. and as far as the third brake light goes, you should take the two screws out of the light holding it on and then dry out the light, once dry, test for 12 volts at the connector with a multimeter and the brakes applied. if you have 12 volts you need to replace the third brake light. they are pretty cheap at the junkyard and FYI Third brake lights off of suburbans and tahoes will also fit.

Its a 95 blazer, 4x4 LT. Bought it here in croatia so its for europe market, if that makes any difference.
I tried to take off the third break light but one of the screws is spinning freely so i didnt want to mess around with it any more because im afraid i will break it.
I cant really find used parts anywhere near my area but maybe i will have more luck expanding the search for suburbans and tahoes, so thanks for that info

Your English is better than language that we hear in this country, cause you don't hear much English in America.

Mostly spanglish, ebonics, and grunts.

Agreed! Many people in our inner cities would not be able to understand you because your english is so good.

Heated seats, is this on both sides? On the passenger side, I believe you need to be sitting in the seat for it to kick on, so when a passanger gets out, the heat will turn off.

Thanks Schrade and jjnemoiii

Heated seats are on both sides. There is a wheel shaped switch under the seat. Im not sure if i checked it while sitting on the passanger sear, will have to double check that.
