Default Engine light issue

Okay, I might be posting in the wrong spot, I don't know. I haven't seen any other threads about this specifically, so whatever. At this point, all I want is some help.. please!
About a month ago I got my engine light off (evap pressure sensor low input), it was wiring issue.
All was fine for about a week or so, and my light came back on. P0440. I cleared it right away and it stayed off. I went this friday to get an etest, and two monitors showed a status of not ready. The guy there said to drive 30 or more kilometers and come back at least 24 hours later.
SO, about 60 km's later, my engine light comes on. p0128, basically engine is running colder than normal.
I replaced my thermostat and the light is still on. So I complete a full drive cycle and it's still on. Is part of the requirement of a full drive cycle for the vehicle to sit for 8 hours?

Oh I forgot to mention I need my etest by tomorrow...

SO, here's my question;
Do I clear the codes with my code reader, then drive tomorrow and hope the computer monitors enough things for my truck to qualify for a conditional pass. Or do I let my truck sit overnight, then start it in the morning and just hope the engine light is off?
Ontario drive clean allows a conditional pass if the vehicle fails, then comes back 24 hours + 30km's later and has a maximum of 2 monitors "not ready"

I'm seriously out of options here and I don't know what else to do

Each step of the General Motors Driving Cycle must be completed exactly as written. You don't need to do the steps in order, but each step must be completed. If you perform the cycle correctly, each monitor will run and complete its test. After completing the cycle, check the "readiness monitors" with a capable scan tool to make sure all of the monitors are complete. If a monitor is incomplete, you didn't do the cycle correctly, and the step(s) must be performed so the monitor can run and complete its test. If all monitors are complete, and there are no failures detected, the check engine light will remain off.

Each step in the cycle tests several different things. Some monitors require more than one step to complete the monitor. Each step of the cycle explains what it tests, so you can pick and choose which steps you need to perform to complete a certain monitor.

EDIT: If the EVAP monitor is incomplete, all steps except #1 must be performed.
