Engine noise and trying to figure out

Engine noise and trying to figure out. Please Help!
When i first start the truck from a cold start my truck makes a sqeaking/sqealing noise when it starts up and gets faster when the rpms increase. After about 10 mins it will go away. Also when the rpms increase to around 3k-5k it makes that a ticking/sqeak noise i do believe is the same. I had replaced my idler pully already which was really bad, along with the tensioner i though was possibly hitting on the stop making a the noise and possibly bad bearing in pully, and my alternator. It sounds like its coming from the middle of the motor from around the crank by the water pully/clutch fan. Anyone know how i can try to figure this out other than replacing everything? Thank you

Did you also replace the serpentine belt when you changed the idler pulleys?
That would be my first guess.

Yeah its got a new belt

Hmmmm...the only thing I can suggest is to take the belt off and spin everything by hand, such as the pulleys, alternator etc... If any of 'em don't spin freely or make some noise, you've probably found the source.

I thlnk it's the fan clutch myself. I have a noise that's sounds like metal rubbing metal with a ticking sound. I recently put a new motor and trans in
everything is original except the water pump. my ac quit working also . im going to replace the fan cluth this week. also the fan is constantly turning. I thought its only supposed to turn when the temperature reaches 195 f. I'm really stumped one this one. I took the belt off and started the engine and no noise so i know it's a bolt on part.
