Engine revving high when starting

Default Engine revving high when starting
Hello I'm having really high engine idle when I start my 98 blazer. It started yesterday and happens everytime I start it now. Any ideas?

Are there any trouble codes?

Could be bad/dirty IAC or a vacuum leak
