Engine rough idle/hesitation under accel.
Hi guys,
Just bought a 99 ZR2 and have been having multiple issues with it.
I replaced plugs/wires and fixed all the leaks and replaced all fluids
Most recently I went in for an oil change and all was going well until i tried to start her up, the engine would crank but wouldnt fireup! after few attempts, the car started but was sputtering and i had to keep the rpm at about 2000 to keep the car alive.
after about 10 minutes the car would idle fine but when driving it is sluggish and feels like its misfiring.
I found a missing vacuum line in the enginebay thats not hooked up from this assembly that I will attach now. the other end of the pipe is freely hanging near the battery area.
Please advise

If it was hard to start my guess is you have a leak in the fuel system, either the pump or the injectors. so you need to go rent a fuel pressure test kit (if you dont already have one) and test the pressure. The test port is on the fuel line coming into the back of the intake. The pressure should be 60+ PSI with the key on and engine off and the pressure should not go below 55 PSI after 10 minutes. If the test fails that explains it.
And for that vac line, i believe that goes to the actuator under the battery tray which engages your front differential. If you have been having problems with your 4WD not working that would also explain it.
