Engine running rough
I have a 2001 5sp 4x4 blazer. I just got the slave cylinder/clutch replaced 5-10k ago at a shop.
Lately, the truck will intermittently run rough when I am stopped at a light. The RPM's will bounce a bit.
However, the main problem is this. From time to time, the truck will not start unless my foot is on the gas. To elaborate, once I start the truck and have it in neutral and not have the clutch/gas/break pressed, the truck will stall right out. Even if I have the clutch pressed in, the car will still stall.
When driving, if I come to a stop and do not have my foo on the gas, the truck will stall out. It does not matter if I have the clutch in, and I may have the car in neutral.
I may encounter this problem going to lunch, and an hour later it will be running fine. Also, after driving for a bit with this issue it seems to go away.
I've been using dry gas, but it is hard to tell if that is helping. Any advice would be great.
Thank you all.
