engine shakes at idle

That code means that the PCM does not, for one reason or another, know the precise correlation between the CKP (crankshaft position) and CMP (camshaft position inside the distributor) sensors. If this happens, the PCM cannot make the quick, accurate timing changes that it needs to be able to make.

If none of the parts I mentioned above have been changed out, there shouldn't be any reason for the PCM to set this code. This could mean that there is a problem with the PCM itself, but the first step would be to do the relearn procedure and see if the code comes back.

I'm going to try that. how much would this normally cost? If I end up getting delphi distributor CZ20007, would you know if it has module?

My local dealership charges $60. Just tell them that you replaced the CMP (camshaft position) sensor and need to have a CASE learn or Crankshaft Variation Relearn procedure done. Do not buy into any other work that they say they "need" to do first.

You could pull the distributor and make sure that the gear on the bottom isn't chewed to heck. That is about the only thing other than a PCM problem that could cause that code to pop up.
