With key on engine off move the accelerator pedal back and forth slowly through its full range of motion and make sure that the reported position is full range and nice and smooth. Then start the truck and make sure it’s stable at a few different rpm’s.

I tried all of them and none show a reading lol. I'll have to test the wiring when I get a chance

When you set up connect in Car Diag Pro, chose OBDII generic and then choose the only TPS option. See screen shot.

Ok I finally got it to work. With the key off it's very stable and also with the key on it's very stable 😊. I checked it from 0-100 with the key off and stopping to see if it fluctuates and tried it at different RPMS to see if it fluctuates. So I'm confident that the TPS is working correctly.

I looked up your atmospheric pressure for that day and time and your MAP sensor is spot on. So here is what we know so far:

Your ECT circuit is suspect because of the values darting around. We need to confirm with another android/BAFX ODB app like Torque. This can really mess with fuel delivery.

The O2 sensor graphing in Car Diag Pro sucks, again Torque would be better, the graphs need to look like this (2500 and idle):

We need to get set up to look at misfire counters because a flashing CEL means that you have misfires bad enough to kill your Cat (not cat/kitty).

ALso, we need to capture your MAF reading at a full throttle 1-2 shift.

Just a FYI.... Once connected I use the Diagnostics button to create a one-page list of either single PID values, or multiple PID values. I find it much more convenient than making gauges for everything (in any of the bluetooth phone apps).

Also I have noticed that some PIDs for throttle display in % and some displays in degrees - close but not the same (maybe 87 degrees vs 100%). The only downside for Car Diagnostic Pro is that the PIDs are not filtered for your vehicle, and some listed may or may not work right (or even at all). If I have any question I just display them all and use the one that works correctly. The software does a lot that you won't find elsewhere in a bluetooth phone app, but it can be confusing at times.

Ok I'm a little confused here lol. Forgive me I'm all new to this OBD2 app stuff. I'm use to working on engines with carburetor not computers . What's the first thing you want me to do ? Should I purchase torque pro ? When I tried torque lite I couldn't get it to work with my bluetooth adapter (BAFX)...And what the first test I should do first or just use car diagnostic pro ? Just so you know I have replaced all the O2 sensors and I do have a brandnew AC Delco ECT sensor that I haven't installed yet. Should I just replace it and see what happens or do these tests first ? I've pretty much replaced every sensor on the truck except the ECT sensor lol. I wouldn't doubt that's the problem.
