okay i bought my 98 blazer lt 4x4 back in febuary and im trying to determine if it has a factory alarm on it. i bought it from my uncles lot and he only gave me the keys. but when i put my key inthe ignition and start my truck the security light blinks 2 times after i started my truck. so does my blazer have a factory alarm if so where is the module and can i get a new remote and program it to my alarm...

 

Lock your doors using the power lock, close said door and pull up on the door handle. This should cause the dome light to turn on, even without the door opening. If you have the factory alarm the horn will start honking.
