Default Feels like brakes are stuck

i have a 00 blazer have only had for a week, was drivin in the rain today when i started coming to a stop (let off gas but wasnt mashing brakes yet) the truck was like jumping back and forth like the brakes where stuck. Then when i would accelerate i would almost have to floor it to get up to speed. I checked Emg. brake and it was off but when i stop now it jumps back and forth until i am stopped

I don't quite know what you mean by jumping back and forth but at one point in time I had the same problem of having to really give it the gas to get the car to move found out the emergency brake cable was rusted out and wasn't releasing fully.

i dont really no how to explain it better but its like mashin the brake and letting off real quick over and over again but it does it when im slowing down or coasting to a stop, a friend told me could be brake calipers? idk guess i'll have to get it checked out, but when i get out from driving a while i can kinda smell the brakes like almost burning

Could be your brake hoses have collapsed inside. Both of my front ones did roght at the mounting point where they crimp it on the hose. Jack it up and rotate the wheels. You'll be able to tell if you have any dragging brakes. Have you done anything to troubleshoot the problem yet?
