Default Fog Lights
Can I install a small pair of fog lights in the place where the tow hooks used to be?

Has anyone done this?

If you find ones that fit, yes. They are going to have to be aftermarket though.

they have to be fairly thin. I wouldn't get any bigger than 4 inch lights
