Found this hose today. It looks like it had been cut by a knife or scissors???? Its on the passenger side near the wheel well area towards the front. above the sway bar end brushings. Any Ideas what is is?????!!!!!

 

radiator overflow hose? or a vent? it looks factory not cut. i think its fine.

Yeah thats normal no need for concern. If you follow it up it will lead you to the side of your overflow tank.
