My friend has a 2003 Blazer and this is the problem is starts great when its warmed up but if it sits over night and the engine is cold It starts hard When its low on Gas it takes forever to crank over. We thought ok it needs more gas we filled the tank. Next morning started quicker but rough turned over and RPM slowly went from 0 to idle speed Only does it when cold.

Would this be a fuel pump issue???

Could be fuel supply issue, but it could also be a poor spark.. When was the last time you changed plugs and wires? Also do you have access to a fuel pressure gauge?

 

I will test the fuel Pressure cold start should be around 65 PSI right?
