Ok today was the first time I ran the 4X4 in bad weather.
I locked it in and started to drive, The front axle started to squeek then grind and locked up.
Not the kind of Grind like heavy geers grind ,more like light geers grinding, then it locks up.
I have to put it in to 2 wd then back up and I can drive again.
No lights no codes the 4 button is steady lit not blinking
I just went over this whole system replaced most vacum lines and the Actuator cable because it was frozen
Is it possible im losing vacum and the axle is getting stuck between lock and unlock
Anyone ever come accross this before

Im gona change the actuator and the and valve and hope I dont have to get in to the axle
