Front bearing rebiuld?

Default Front bearing rebiuld?

I am going to swap in a sfa later on , four monthes, but my front bearings are bad now. anyone every try to rebuild them? new ones are like 140$ here and remans are 100$ If i knew whatr size bearing went in them I could rebuild them in my machine shop pretty easy. Any one got a clue?

From the cost, I am assuming you are talking about the front outer wheel bearing assemblies. You could try pulling one apart, however, I have never seen anyone rebuild one of them.

my thinking to, but then if they prove to be non rebldable with conventional type bearings then I am stuck till i can afford the new ones.
