fuel fill problem-constant cut off 02 Blazer

Default fuel fill problem-constant cut off 02 Blazer

unable to fill up tank no matter how much fuel is needed. Constant fuel nozzel cut off, no matter how slow I try to pump. In tank fuel pump replaced aprox 11/06 due to engine cutoff problem. This fuel fill up problem started about same time dealer replaced pump. Any ideas appreciated.
