I have a 2001 blazer . The fuel guage works till it gets to the 1/2 - 1/4 mark then it like gets stuck ... But if I put it in " N " the guage will jump down to where it should be and start working again... Could this be a ground problem ? If so how can it be fixed ?

More than likely the problem is the sender unit in the tank. They are notorious for acting this way. The only real way to address the problem is to replace the entire fuel pump/sender unit.
