Default Fuel injector replacements

So the truck has 180,000 miles on the original injectors, and I feel it's time to replace them seeing as how the previous owners weren't too big on maintenance. From what I've read the best would be either Delphi FJ10565 or Delco 2173028. Is there any big difference? If found the Delphi for 187.52 compared to the Delco for 304.26. Also could someone provide the gasket part number so I get the right one? I know it's fel pro but there are a couple. For those who have experience doing it how bad is it? I'm going to have my dad help me who's great with cars just want to make sure it's not out of our league. It's a 1997 2WD 4-Door Blazer if it makes a difference. Thanks! Any tips on anything I might as well get done while I have everything open?

Rockauto surprisingly has them more expensive, I found them amazon cheaper. Delco: Amazon.com: ACDelco 217-3028 Fuel Injector: Automotive
Delphi: Amazon.com: Delphi FJ10565 Fuel Injector: Automotive
Guess I'll replace the gasket and the fuel pressure regulator.

Whatever you do it is recommended to get the EFI conversion. They are less prone to problems as i understand it. It's still the spider, but instead of having poppet valves it uses electronic injectors on the ends. Heres what i mean.

This is the old style, notice there are no wires or sensors on the ends of the spider "legs" thats the type that would be in there now.

This is the new EFI style. Notice the connectors on the ends of the "legs".
