Fuel Issues
I have a 02 4 dr 4wd Blazer with about 68,000 miles. Here recently I have had trouble getting fuel in it, the automatic cutoff on the pump keeps kicking out right away. I have been able to get some fuel in by going really slow I think I spent about a half hour putting 5 gal. in. The check engine light come on and it said there was a electrical system fault on the evaprative emmision solenoid on the intake manifold, I checked it and its working. I cleared that code out and the light stayed out for awhile then it come back on andI havnt been able to get it scanned again to see what it says. I also looked at the fuel neck and found the flap in the neck was damaged like someone tried to syphon the gas,I took it apart and opend the vents but still cant get fuel init. Does anybody have a suggestion on what tocheck next?

RE: Fuel Issues
Take the fuel line off. There is a check ball in it that prevents people from syphoning gas out of your fuel tank. What ever they used may still be stuck in the fuel hose.

OkI checked that, andthere wasntanything in there. I scanned it to see what DTC was, theone it gave me is the code the computer throws when the gas cap isnt on tight

I have the same problem. mine ened up being an evap problem. I just disconect the hose coming out of the charcoal box to the releif valve and fill up then reconnect it. The purge solinoid is bad and the ftp sensor on the top of the tank is bad also. the dealer wants 500 to fix it, but the parts are only 50 and u dont have to drop the tank to get to the ftp sensor.

I'm assuming it would be the fuel tank pressure sensor...
