Default Fuel lines go under bracket attached to bell housing

The 3 steel fuel lines go under a black metal bracket behind the driver's side head. It is held down on one side (inboard side) by the top driver's side bell housing bolt. I can not see what it is held down by on the other side (outboard about 4" from the top driver's side bell housing bolt). Does anybody know what it is held down by on the other side? How to get to it?

I got the top driver's side bell housing bolt out from the top (15mm), broke free then turned 1/16 turns with fingers. Fingers are cut up now.

The wire harness that goes to the Park/Neutral switch is routed under that bracket and I have a short to ground in it. Probably because of that bracket. Trying to pull this harness up to de-loom it and examine. Looks like the harness to the transfer case connector also goes under this bracket, from the transfer case to a connector just outboard of the brake booster. So 2 loomed harnesses and 3 steel fuel lines under this bracket. Needless to say, if I get that bracket off..it's going in the trash.

Default Found it

Found it. It's the next outboard bell housing bolt. Will be drilling a hole in the floor/transmission tunnel (near/under gas pedal I hear) as soon as I can get another person to tap on that location so I can get a good idea of where to drill. Plan on 1.5" hole saw then plug it up with a 1.5" rubber grommet and some silicone. I already removed the center console and the lower dash valences and pulled the carpet back. Found a wet carpet and a rusted through floor board so I'll be cutting that out and welding in some baking pan steel. Might use some Lorde metal glue. On the plus side..I found and lubed up that body mount nut through the hole I chipped out in the floor. The wet carpet is from a bad door seal. Will try re-gluing and possibly replacing seal.

That's the one. Thanks Les for the diagram. Just for posterity..I am looking for a short to ground in the light green wire that goes from the Park Neutral switch to the BTSI circuit in the underhood fuse box. The symptom is blowing 25A backup light fuses. This wire loom (and the transfer case loom) go under this bracket with the fuel lines. The wire loom looked pretty kinked at that location by the bracket. I suspect the bracket is the source of the short to ground. Will report back.
