Fuel pressure issue 95 Blazer
about 20k ago I had the fuel pump replaced with a GM pump. Recently the car will start just fine in the morning but if you drive it 3-4 miles and turn it off, it will not start. You have to crank and crank on it for like 10 times and then it will hit once then almost start and then it will start and run fine until you turn it off.
I hooked up the fuel pressure guage and this morning it was over 60 lbs when it started. went to breakfast and the pressure was down to about 55 lbs. could the FPR be causing this problem or do I need a new pump.

Have you had the engine scanned for any codes yet? Some pending codes don't always throw a SES light.
There could potentially be a problem somewhere in the EVAP system that is causing the hard starts when warm. It could be as small a thing as a bad gas cap, or a bad purge solenoid or even a cracked vacuum line.
