Default Fuel Pump

Does anyone know if the original electrical connection on a fuel pump for a 98 2 door Blazer is square or rectangle? Picture of original connection would help. Thanks

Here are the two connectors that are used:

Originally your 98 came with the "Old Connector". Some of the early replacement pump modules continued to use this style connector. Most every replacement module, since ~ 2000, comes with the new style connector and includes the new style pigtail in the box. It comes with crimp connectors, DO NOT use them. Solder the connections using 60/40 lead/tin rosin core solder, and heat shrink tubing to insulate the connections.
