Fuel Pump
At least $500 (local mechanic), but can get up to $1000 (dealer). It's a lot of labor (dropping the tank). You could do it yourself for the cost of the fuel pump. Here's one I foundon eBay, but there are many others on there.....
About $900 at a dealer. About $550 at a local shop.
To do it yourself it's about $500 for a GM pump and about $250 for an aftermarket. There is also a couple of places on the internet and ebay that sell just the motor for about $100 if money is an issue. Here's one (because I know someone would chime in and tell me you can't do it LOL)
Fuel Pump on Ebay
It's really not that bad of a job. They key is getting the gas out of the tank . The lines are quick disconnects though so they come apart a lot faster than the old rusty ones. We did my 99 Blazer in a couple of hours.
