I have noticed that my 99 blazer 4dr, sometimes my fuel pump will be slow to come on. sometimes it takes almost 10 seconds. Had a fuel pressure test and it is getting what it should be. Seems to do it more when I am like driving to the store shut it off and come back to it and start it and it takes awhile to start. You let it sit over night or more than 4 hours it starts and comes on just fine. What do you think might be the problem?

 

Have you checked/replaced the fuel pump relay yet?

 

No I haven't thought about that. Is it a simple fix or a challenge? And where is it?

 

Underhood fuse/relay center. Flip the lid and look at the sticker. Swap with another relay that looks like it (horn perhaps). Kinda basic...
