Fuel Smell

Fuel Smell
I have a 95 Blazer, 4.3L V6, 4dr, 2wd, 170k miles. I am getting a fuel smell from the left rear wheel well area only. I've had this problem for about a year. It only occurs when the vehicle is started and running. Need some troubleshooting help to figure out what's going on. I replaced the evap canister and nothing changed. I don't have any SES codes either.

Rusted out fuel return line???
Rusted out fuel pressure line???
Neither one is monitored by OBD so no code would be set.
Might want to also check for a Rusted out fuel filler neck, and Rusted out fuel tank.
