98 4dr blazer works great no engine lights new fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel tank vent valve ( it broke when I changed the tank 6 months ago), I get gas fumes when I am at 1/2 or less in the tank, smell is strongest at the drivers door, there is no stains or dripping gas just the strong smell, and it is gone when the tank is above 1/2, am I looking at replacing the emission line that runs on top of the frame to the front or something else?

 

I am having the same problem. I will follow the thread and hopefully I can solve mine problem as well.
